1. Returns for Damaged, Broken, Wrong, or Missing Items

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by faulty or incorrect deliveries. To initiate a return under this category:

-Reporting Timelines:
  - Damaged, broken, leaking, or missing items: Must be reported within 24 hoursof delivery.
  - Wrong item received: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

- Required Evidence:
  - Clear photos and a video of the invoice (mandatory).
  - Additional photos/videos of the product condition (for damaged or wrong items).

Process
  - Submit your claim with the required evidence via customer support.
  - Our team will review the proof, typically within 48 hours
  - If approved, we will arrange free pickup from your delivery address.
  - The product must remain unused, with original seals, tags, and packaging intact.

- Special Note for Electronics e.g., hair straighteners 
  - No direct refund is available. We will assist you in claiming the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or replacement.

Outcome
  - Upon verification, eligible claims will receive a  full refund or replacement.
  - If the claim is found invalid (e.g., item matches the order and is undamaged), no refund or replacement will be provided.

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item must be unusedand in its original condition, with all seals, tags, and packaging intact.
- Returns are eligible for refund or exchange after we receive and inspect the item.
- A handling and shipping fee of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Item Out of Stock After Payment

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your payment:

- We will issue a  full refund directly to your bank account.
- You will be requested to provide bank details.
- The refund will be processed within 48 hours

Important information

- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon delivery. This serves as valuable evidence, particularly for claims involving missing items.
- For missing item claims, we reserve the right to review warehouse camera footage during verification.

Processing Timelines

- Pickup arrangement: Within 7 days of claim approval.
- Complete process (pickup, inspection, and refund/exchange): Up to 10 working days
